Refund Policy — Semibit Technologies LLP
We aim to be fair and transparent. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available, how to request them, and any exceptions.
Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Semibit for digital products, subscriptions, and physical goods sold and fulfilled by Semibit or our partners. Third‑party marketplaces and sellers may use different refund rules.
Digital subscriptions & credits
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, recurring subscription fees are non‑refundable for past billing periods. Consumable credits (for example: generation/usage credits) are non‑refundable after they have been redeemed. We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances (billing errors, duplicate charges) — contact support@semibit.in with your order details.
Physical products
Refunds for physical goods depend on the seller/fulfillment terms shown at purchase. If Semibit sold and shipped the item, return and refund requests should be made within the timeframe shown on the product page; items must be returned in original condition unless stated otherwise.
How to request a refund
- Email support@semibit.in with your order number, date, and reason.
- We may request additional information or evidence to evaluate the request.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Exceptions & legal rights
Some jurisdictions grant statutory consumer rights that override the terms above; nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights where they apply.
