Cancellation Policy — Semibit Technologies LLP
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions or orders and what to expect after cancellation.
Subscriptions
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@semibit.in. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated; we do not generally provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods (see our Refund Policy).
One‑time purchases & physical goods
For physical items, cancellations are permitted only before the item is shipped; contact support immediately with your order number. If the item has already shipped, follow the return instructions in the Refund Policy.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Semibit account and use the subscription management page to cancel; or
- Email support@semibit.in with your account/order details and request cancellation.
After cancellation
After cancellation your account retains access until the end of the paid billing period. We may retain certain data as described in the Privacy Policy and Terms.
